The Helyg Room can be accessed via the ground floor coffee lounge, where your delegates are welcome to enjoy tea/coffee on arrival whilst waiting for your event to start.  The Helyg Room is an extremely flexible space that can be arranged exactly according to your requirements.  With a full range of IT facilities included with the room, this is a very popular choice.  The Helyg Room is regularly booked for training events and meetings, but also offers an excellent location for a private buffet as a result of its adjoining door to the Celyn Suite.
