The first floor of the conference centre can be accessed either via the grand staircase in reception or by our lifts.  The first floor has a coffee lounge for use by delegates attending events hosted on this floor.  Both the Mynydd and Caerphilly Suites can take 100 delegates theatre style and each have two screens and data projectors for the ultimate audio visual experience.   

The first floor also plays host to three computer IT suites (Merthyr, Bridgend and RCT).  Taking a maximum of 16 delegates, each suite has an interactive white board and a trainer's computer at the front of the room.  All the suites are fitted with the latest equipment and software.

The Nant Suite is the final room on the first floor and is suitable for all types of meetings.  The Nant Suite is particularly suitable for practical workshops
