Tables and chairs are moveable and have adequate room to accomodate a wheelchair comfortably
PA System in Conference Room including lapel microphones and a roving wireless microphone

Provision for special dietary requirements
All buffet food is clearly labelled
Meat and vegetable dishes are served separately
